Boundless ("Boundless," "we", “us” or "our”) is a GPU cloud services provider dedicated to supporting businesses in building AI applications. This Privacy Policy describes how we process personal information collected:
- Through our digital properties or online services linking to this policy (including our website and social media pages),
- In connection with our marketing activities, and
- Through other activities described herein.
Collectively, these are referred to as the “Service”.
Scope Limitation
This Privacy Policy does not apply to information we process on behalf of our business customers while providing the Boundless platform to them. Our use of such information is governed by our agreements with those customers. If you have concerns about your personal information processed on behalf of a business customer, please direct them to that customer.

- Communication Interaction Data: Email open/forward rates tracked via pixel tags.

- Service Personalization: Tailoring experiences based on your needs/interests.
- Service Improvement & Analytics: Analyzing usage to enhance our products, services, and Service functionality.
- Marketing & Advertising: Direct marketing communications and interest-based advertising (opt-out options available).
- Compliance & Protection: Meeting legal obligations, preventing fraud, enforcing our agreements and rights.
- Corporate Events: Sharing data in connection with mergers, acquisitions, or similar events (see Section 5).
- Aggregated/Anonymized Data: Creating aggregated or anonymized data for business purposes (e.g., trend analysis).

- Interest-Based Advertising: Utilize industry opt-out tools (e.g., DAA’s AdChoices).
- Delete Content/Account: Delete specific content through your account settings or request account deletion by contacting us.
- Do Not Track: We currently do not respond to "Do Not Track" (DNT) browser signals.
7. Other Sites and Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
8. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no internet transmission or storage system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. You use the Service at your own risk.
9. International Data Transfers
Boundless is based in the United States. Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries outside your jurisdiction. For European users, safeguards are detailed in Section 14.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors without parental consent. If we learn we have done so, we will take steps to delete such information. Please contact us if you believe this has occurred.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the changes.
